Give through your will

Your gift can reflect the values you have held all through your life, by making a genuine difference for future patients at the Royal Columbian Hospital.

After providing for your loved ones, a gift in your will enables you to:

  • Make a donation to the hospital without affecting your current standard of living
  • Eliminate significant taxes payable by your estate in the year of death

You can identify a specific amount, or make a “residual bequest” where the Foundation receives the remainder of the estate after you have provided for loved ones.

These are just two examples of how you can structure your bequest. Other examples include leaving stocks and securities in your estate to the Foundation.
