Royal Columbian Hospital helps families every day, serving BC’s most critically ill and injured patients and ensuring they receive the best care possible.
The Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation relies on donors like Arvind Singh Dhillon and his family to provide the transformative care RCH is known for. Mr. Dhillon and his family recently provided the Foundation with a donation that allowed us to purchase an electrocardiograph for the new pediatric zone within the Jim Pattison Acute Care Tower.
Electrocardiographs are indispensable for diagnosing and managing congenital heart defects and abnormalities in infants. With the addition of new ECG machines, we can enhance our diagnostic capabilities and expedite the assessment and treatment of cardiac conditions, improving outcomes for our youngest patients. This new equipment will provide accurate and timely assessments for infants presenting with suspected cardiac issues.
Thank you to Mr. Dhillon and his family for making a huge difference to all our patients.
