Expanded ICU from two private rooms and three bays each with four beds per bay to 16 private rooms which includes two negative isolation pressure rooms. This renovation provided privacy for all patient beds in ICU. We installed 16 ceiling mounted equipment booms and 16 ceiling bed lifts, created three private family waiting rooms and supplied 16 multi channel infusion pumps. RCH now has a state of the art ICU which is able to deliver the best care for patients and support the many needs of their families.
