Gateway/Starlight/Match partnership shines a light on mental health


New Westminster, B.C. – {March 27, 2019} –Gateway Casino & Entertainment, Starlight Casino, and Match Eatery & Public House have combined to help shine a light on mental health at Royal Columbian Hospital.

New Westminster’s Starlight Casino, through Gateway Casinos & Entertainment’s corporate giving program GatewayGIVES, has been supporting the new Mental Health and Substance Use Wellness Centre under a multi-year partnership with Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation.

Match Eatery & Public House joined the effort by conducting a series of 50/50 draws during weekends leading up to the last Super Bowl.

The new mental health centre is scheduled to open in April 2020 as part of a larger redevelopment of Royal Columbian Hospital.
