Kelley Backman and Ken Backman of Kingston Construction Ltd. present a cheque for $10,000 to Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH) Foundation President and CEO Adrienne Bakker (middle). As a Gold Sponsor of RCH Foundation’s SHINE Gala, Kingston Construction Ltd. helped it raise $280,000 that will go towards the work of the Foundation in helping RCH care for seriously ill and injured patients from across British Columbia. RCH is a provincially designated hospital for cardiac, trauma, neurosciences, high-risk maternity and neonatal intensive care providing the highest level of care to the most critically ill from the Fraser Health region and throughout B.C. It is the only hospital in the province to have cardiac, trauma, neurosciences, high-risk maternity and a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) all on one site.
