The Gala raised $280,000 that will go towards the work of the Foundation in helping RCH care for seriously ill and injured patients from across British Columbia.
RCH has one of the busiest emergency rooms in B.C., with an average of 66,000 visits per year, and is also home to one of the busiest cardiac intervention units in B.C., with over 5,100 heart catheterizations performed each year.
