This event is an opportunity to:

  • Discover the past, present, and future of quality improvement at RCH.
  • Learn of new resources and infrastructure to support front-line driven QI.
  • Have conversations around systemic barriers that keep us from doing what we’re trained to do and how we might overcome these barriers.
  • Introduce new ideas that could make healthcare delivery more equitable and better for patients, providers, and our communities.
  • Collaboratively chart a course forward towards an RCH culture of continuous improvement.
