Whether it’s supporting the mental health of our frontline healthcare providers during the pandemic or helping to purchase vital equipment, TD has been by our side.
This year, they have kindly stepped forward with a gift of $10,000 to support music therapy in the hospital’s Variety Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Through one-to-one sessions with infants and their caregiver, a music therapist helps to build bonds, support developmental growth and create a calm environment. Caregivers have shared that this program has taught them about the many benefits that music can have throughout their child’s life – and it will continue to be an emphasis for them.
