ONLINE FUNDRAISING PAGE

An easy way to collect donations during your event is through an online fundraising page. You will be able to see your fundraising impact live on your page at any time. Your page is fully customizable with your own brand and messaging and our team is available to assist if you have any challenges. All donations go directly to RCHF and donors receive their tax receipts to their email almost immediately after making their donation.

AGREEMENT

I, the person named on this form, representing the organization named on this form agree to the following: 1. To use only the authorized name and official logo of RCHF on all media and print materials relating to the event or campaign. 2. To underwrite all costs of the event/campaign or to secure such underwriting. NO COST OR LIABILITY associated with this event shall be incurred by RCHF. 3. To obtain all necessary permits, licenses or insurance. 4. To handle all monetary transactions for the event/campaign and to present the net proceeds to RCHF within 30 days following the event. 5. To provide all staffing and volunteers for the event. 6. To use its own mailing list for the event/campaign. 7. To follow RCHF's receipting policies that adhere to Canada Revenue Agency regulations. Shall NOT offer tax receipts to participants without the prior written agreement of RCHF.
